My father has heart disease. He suffered his first heart attack at 39, a second and double bypass surgery at 44. He has had at least one small heart attack since then and has had to have many

So happy to be back
My first day back to the challenge was a good day of giving. It started with a visit to my parents. My sister Kerry has a baby girl who is only 27 days younger than Jason. We have been meeting at my parents’ house once a week so they can see the amazing changes that are occurring each week.
