There's a little white box below the post window when you enter a blog post or discussion that says TAGS next to it. Please take the time to enter a few keyword tags in this box before you hit publish or start discussion.

This is really important because the more keyword tags we have on the site, the more search engines will like us... which means the more people will arrive at the site and sign up.

PLUS, it helps make it so people can search content using keywords. So if I want to read a story about someone who gave out free lunches to homeless people, I can type in the word "homeless" or "free lunch" and up will come your story.

ONE THING TO NOTE ABOUT FORMATTING TAGS:
if you want words to appear together you need to put them in quotes. You separate your tags with commas and the comma goes AFTER the close quote. So for the example I gave above, you'd tag the post like this:
homeless, "free lunch"
