As you continue your personal Giving Challenge, remember to STAY OPEN TO RECEIVE.

So often we forget that giving is a dynamic process and receiving is just as important as giving. Sometimes we overgive to the point of feeling depleted because we aren’t allowing reciprocation of our gifts.

Part of the larger intention of this experiment is to help increase the field of abundance on the entire planet – and that means for you as well!

So today, give some great things from your heart... and keep your heart open to receive something amazing and unexpected back from the universe.

I had a huge "receive" today. My first advance check for the 29Gifts Book arrived. Thank God, because I have a large chunk of 29Gifts-related debt to pay off. There's a sizable balance on my credit card from the last few months of operating expenses, I owe a number of people who helped on the book money, and I need to pay for a new hosting account and some much-needed upgrades to the website. That money arrived just in time!

Yesterday I received a 1 hour massage. It was truly a gift from a friend (not the person giving the massage). The person that gave the massage, was so totally giving of her energy. There was a prayer before starting and African seed pods rattling after. It was truly an altered state. I put off getting that FREE massage for 6 weeks. I laid there and allowed myself to truly receive. That is not like me. I then purchased two more sessions from her and will give one away. I had so many emotions come up in one hour. Amazing!!!
