This is a wonderful idea. When my son was going through his surgeries for a brain tumor the highlight of the day was going to the mail box. I was just sitting here thinking that I had not done my gift for today so this is great for me.

My son still loves getting mail but like this little boy after a while people just lose interest and stop sending cards.

My children and I sent a card earlier today. This is a great gift idea!

Yes, a card is always a way to show someone you are thinking of them. I bought pansies to plant in my yard today, so I planted one in a cute metal container and put it on a friends front porch. She wasn't home and I won't tell her who did it. She has had a hard time since having a terrible auto accident and there is something really cheerful about colorful pansies.

My card went in the mail this morning! It's really wonderful to see multiple postings dedicated to little boy. He has truly touched the hearts of many, and I hope people continue to put a smile on his face by sending him a card.

Hi Cathy, I would love to send a card to Noah. However, living in South Africa I am not sure how long it would take for the card to reach him. Could I possible send him a email card?
