Are you getting too much email from this group?

If you don't want to get email from this group, make sure you click the "STOP FOLLOWING" link. Sometimes people join groups and then start getting a lot of email from the group so they leave the group rather than just turn email off.

Namaste,
I am a Reiki Healer, reflexologist, remote viewer, and a psychic.
I was blessed with a grandmother who was a healer, and have learned some from her. The rest the world has provided as needed. I am excited to meet all of you and take this journey with you.

I smoke Tania and I know what you mean. I have tried a number of times to kick the habit and it seems the more I think about it the more i puff away lol. I have heard iced water with a touch of lemon is good and also change something else you relate with smoking like coffee and cigarettes...I find my eating habits change when i try to give up not always for the worst either. I am going to start listening to my hypnotheraphy cd's and see if i can kick the habit

Hello y'all! I was just wondering if any of you smoke? I do... a lot... and I'm getting thoroughly sick of it (literally and figuratively). Are there any holistic solutions to help with cravings, overeating, etc... Homeopathic remedies, for instance? I look forward to your responses. Thanks and bless y'all!!
