Awesome idea! I'm actually thinking of doing something in my local community to try and bring that "neighbourly" vibe back - I'm in Brisbane on the northside so if anyone is nearby, drop me a line!

 

So is there talk of a meetup in Brisbane, or is that old?

Hi all .. great to see an Aussie group here. :-) I'm from the leafy suburb of Ferntree Gully in Melbourne. I've been registered with the site for a few months, but haven't visited here much - time runs away from me! But though I've not been active here, and haven't 'formally' been doing the Challenge, it's helping me keep in mind the need to give something of myself to others every day. Great concept! :-) I plan to be a bit better at being involved here in 2009 if I can!

Hi,

I am from the Byron Bay area, this week still getting used to daylight saving and the changes in my body. But as far as giving is concerned I have been enjoying it immensely.... sometimes it is just the little things that make such a difference - making dessert for the family next door or buying someone a cool drink.
