29-Day Giving Challenge

Hi all!
I was thinking that this wonderful group should not just be limited to the holiday of christmas but other holidays we share. I thought it would be fun to send valentines within the group. anyone in?

I think that is a great idea, I would also like to add birthdays here. Those of us in the Holiday Exchange could post our birthdays. We missed Peter's day, but we could remember others. What do you think.

Great idea and one that I was pondering, too, so I'm glad you took the baton to drum up an old fashioned tradition. Love it, Stacey. Count me in. Effie

I can probably do better with Valentines than with Christmas. I forgot just how hard work is during that season. Superb idea!!

So good to be part of such a clever group. This idea is fantastic! I'll add extra in on our special South African Holidays. Just hope I don't have a senior moment when the time comes.Birthdays should always be special.Lets go for it!

So, how are we going to add the birthdays. Email our little group our birthdays? Do we add our age? I know some people don't like that, me, I am happy that I made it this far.

ok i think that we should have one person incharge of the birthday list. everyone who wants can send that person there birthday and then they can send the master list to the group.
As far as valentines day goes i think it would be fun to send valentines greeting through the site to the people in the group.
Any other ideas? I am open for suggestions

OK, I was so confused with the holiday thing, I got like 40 names and addresses, were we supposed to send something to everyone on the list? Cause I got a ton of stuff in the mail, and did not send out as many! I need more direction, I want to be a part of, but cannot afford to mail to everyone, so, how can we do this so that no one gets left out, but we don't spend all our funds doing it?

Birthday wishes are the same. They can be here on their comment page on their special day. No need to spend any extra money.

You only needed to do what ever you wanted to it was not meant to be anything more. you do not need to mail out anything if you can't
for Valentines day i am starting a Valentines wishes week, but it is just going to be sending notes through the site not mailing anything out. I intention was not to have anyone feel left out. i hope this helps.
