- I'm a 42 mother of 3 beautiful kids and a have wonderful husband. I am a 5 year Leukemia survivor and know that I would not be here today if family, friends and doctors did not give me the gift of love and life while I was sick. I appreciate every day that I was given and know that I can make a difference. We have struggled with finances and job loss but we are overflowing with love in our family. We have approached our everyday struggles with love, humor and trust in god.
