Day 3.2 Lunch

5 best things from today:

1. 9 years ago today my baby boy was born.
2. I got to spend some time at Half Price books-Bought some books for ds and for myself.
3. Had dinner with my family this evening for ds birthday.
4. The kids were very well behaved a dinner.
5. I had lunch at the school today with my son and his freinds.

Today, I took my son, and his teacher lunch for my sons birthday and I paid for all of the food.

Day 2.2- Gardening and Soccer

5 best things from today!

1. Got some new items for silent auction.
2. Got some new ideas for silent auction.
3. Got some new to me pots and pitchers from the Just Right furniture store down the street.
4. Had a patience testing moment at Academy when purchasing soccer gear...I think I passed!
5. My bestfriend cooked dinner for us tonight after soccer practice.

Day 1.2-Silent auction and an email

Well, here we go again!!!

5 Best things:
1. I am sitting here safe, secure, full, drinking a cold beer.
2. It is cool outside and I am sitting in my house with the a/c off and the windows open!
3. I got some help today for the silent auction.
4. Watching Lillian at gymnastics.
5. Spent some time outside with my plants today.

WOAHHHH!!! Day 29-Giving to the church

I guess this is where I am supposed to really reflect on the 29 days! I am not super good at this part, sorry, but I'll give it a try. Ithink the best part of participating in this website has been really making myself think about my day, and how giving a nd recieving really happens all around me. I have definately changed during this process, but this is just one facet of a whole new me. I am really searching my soul and connecting with God and Others around me. Day 28-3000 grains of rice

1. My mom took me to the movies to see The Women, It was an amazing movie!
2. We got all our stuff put back in order after getting ready for the hurricane.
3. So far no major tragedies from the hurricane, of people we know.
4. Wonderful dinner with my entire family.
5. I am alive! and not cleaning mud and water from my home!!!

Today I gave 3000 grains of rice on freerice.org

Not a huge give, but I give all the same!
