Yesterday my Gift was something a little unconventional that I'd like to share. I have 2 apps on my iPhone - Anxiety Connect and Depression Connect. Each has its own community and posting board. My Gift was to spread the word of Cami's book and encourage members on both sites to read the book and use the website as a way to help them heal. I hope it inspires others on the sites to purchase the book and perpetuate the Giving Movement. It has certainly helped me!See More

Why I'm choosing to give:: Like Cami, in her book, I find myself focusing on myself and what is wrong with me. I am now choosing to push negative thoughts away and focus on what is good. This is a great starting point for me.

What I'd most like to receive:: A sense of well-being

How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?: I purchased her book

About me:: I am 42 years old and trying to motivate myself to write a book. My real passion is writing, but I am currently a school secretary. I have 3 children and multiple pets who keep me busy. I have a very supportive husband. I struggle with ADD, depression, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety, and slight agoraphobia.
