Weak with Patience = A Week of Patience

Days 7-13

I realize that the 29-Day Giving Challenge is about giving something every day. And I am; it just so happened that it took 7 days to give the same thing away, fully.

I have never been a patient person—I get excited really easy and I'm very driven, I love challenges and enjoy doing the work I do. But, patience? I just can't do it. I almost always give people their birthday or xmas presents early because I just can't wait to give it to them!

We recently (less than two months ag… Continue

Days 3 - 6

It is already day 6 of my 29-Day Giving Challenge! The challenge is to give away something every day, for 29 days. Thanks to Britt Bravo, I started at a time that leads up to Thanksgiving as a fitting way to celebrate the season. Join me!

I wanted to take a minute to catch you up on my challenge progress.

Day 3 (Nov. 1)

Last week as a big one in our house (flat, actually). I had a long list of items left on my to-do list and I expected, Friday night, to be working on them for a good chunk of… Continue

Starting my 29 days of giving!

I’m really excited to participate in the 29-Day Giving Challenge with Britt Bravo and many other changebloggers. Britt is always a great insiprer for do-good-er-ness and I hope you’ll join me in 29 days of giving, leading up to the US Thanksgiving holiday! I think this will be a great way to feel the giving spirit of Thanksgiving, as our new location in London, UK, isn’t naturally lending itself to celebrate this year.

DAY 1 (Oct. 30th)

The London Underground, or tube, has recently put… Continue

Amy,
A great big Hey from Woodstock, Ga, USA! I am so happy we have so many givers from all over the world! Thanks for joining at such an exciting time! I am on the last day in the 5th round of 29 days. I hope you have the wonderful experience here that I have!
Let me know if you need any help!
We did a "give" in Atlanta about a month ago and gave away 100 roses on a sidewalk, it was 9 members from the metro ATL area, we started a "local" group, and you can start one too!
Make friends, read blogs, write blogs and leave other folks comments! Post pics and videos, join inner groups and GIVE! Have fun and watch for miracles to happen in your life when you do 29 in 29! Hope to see you around in the site!
