Today was the last day of my third cycle, February being a short month. I feel it did encourage me to do more, and give more in little ways to my family. The 29 Gifts has helped me help others from the heart, and in ways they need or ask to be helped. I have a lot of people come to me for support and healing and it is one of my focuses in this life to help them. I think we need to honor how we help others and our gifts. Today I stayed home, and also talked to my mother on Skype and spent time with my husband and daughter.

Today I took my daughter out for icecream! It is our favorite weekly treat and ritual, though I usually have tea and a small chocolate covered ginger instead. It is nice to do something special together.

Today we stayed home. I am catching up with my blog here for the sake of completion and going to start another cycle today, April 3rd. in February I continued to help two friends, one with the death of her father and another with her health issues and support.
