I just donated $10 to a local classroom through donorschoose.org. The class needed money for their project "the rainbow connection" so that they could have money to buy light bulbs for the light boxes. 75% of the student population are impoverished. Try to help out when I can. See More

yesterday I got to have dinner with a friend, which was nice because it is someone I don't get to see a lot, and we get along well. I picked her up and we went out to dinner together, and I had a nice time, even though I REALLY wanted to stay at home in my pajamas for the holiday...Today I made a gift basket of tea, face wash, body lotion, and a candle for my neighbor, as she just had a baby. 9: Gave a stamp to a young gal at the post office who was asking everyone if she could buy one stamp off of them. I told her she could have it for free and could even pick out which one she liked. She smiled and said "you are so sweet!" and picked my favorite: the Up characters stamp. 10: Made a PB&J cakewich... it's awesome!!!! for my supervisors birthday today. He will be so excited!! Today a co-worker was stuck in between meetings and unable to go out and get food so I offered her what I had here at the office, which was a box of frozen veggie burgers. Helped curb her hunger ;)

Yesterday was a friend at works birthday, so I scheduled a surprise potluck and we all brought something in yummy. She was really excited. we called a "surprise meeting" and she walked in with her notebook...haha. too cute.
