About me:
I dragged my love to participate in another challenge, so it's only appropriate that Andi would drag me to participate in this 29-Day Giving Challenge in return. I'm excited to see how this will transform our lives.

Day 1 Getting into the groove

The first thing I want to give is a thank you for this wonderful website and community. I've shared the word with my friends and look forward to making more friends here. When I joined, I didn't expect much out of this. Very soon, however, I saw the vibrant and creative ideas of what others have given, and realised that I'm in the midst of a buzz of positivity and goodwill. How special this is.

So far, I've given Andi… Continue

Hi Bee - when I started the challenge, I didn't know what to expect or exactly how I was going to give something everyday. I worried about whether what I gave was enough or even good enough. It seemed a little daunting at first. But then I stopped worrying about it and I just tried to be mindful and aware as I went about my day, without stressing about what I would give. There were days I wasn't even sure I'd given anything to anyone, but even just the simple act of smiling at a stranger was something. Just by being mindful, you may find you're already giving something to someone and not even realizing it. For me, the most rewarding gives were in spontaneous moments like offering the mandala to the women's clinic. Welcome to you and Andi and I wish you both good giving these next 29 days! Eileen
