Unconventional giving

I dont know if you would consider this a giving jesture but it was beneficial to me. I was being harrassed on my job by upper management to the point where I asked to go home early on Tuesday. Upon my departure, I went to Walmart and inquired about my application for an overnight position. They told me to come back on Thursday for an interview. I came back and they offered me the job. The beginning

Now that I have joined this 29 day challenge, I hope that I stay consistent. But today, 2 workers came to my house to adjust my carpet because my daughter keep scratching her foot on the nails sticking up at the edge of the carpet. So while they were working, I thought about the challenge and put 2 water bottles in the freezer so it would be cold for the workers when they finish and leave.
