Help with Meditation
I've had the same issue with pain meds and meditation has been a huge gift to me. I find the bathtub to be a great place to practice! ( ; And it is ok to fall asleep... still very helpful!

If you have an iPhone, there is a wonderful app with several binaural beat programs - it is called "Mind Wave" - the best $1.99 I have ever spent! There is a web site, too...
