- Because I would like to contribute something to the world, something I so strongly feel like doing but I keep postponing it and lack the motivation to do it on a daily basis.

- About me:
- I am living in gloucester , U.K. with my husband and mother in law.
I am a person who had seen an abundant , beautiful life full of rich experiences in all spheres of life and suddenly after coming to U.K. from India , my life changed and ended up in a place where there was no more purpose or joy to my life.
I am already on day 23 of my giving challenge but since I have been writing down my experiences in a journal. I would like to add day one on your website as I felt on my day 1.

Today I give with abundance.
Saloni
Took Sal and mama to see Art n Furniture Exhibitions by the students in the college where I work. After that I treated them to Lunch and we went for a long drive to find the Indian Superstar who Saloni really wanted to see. Couldn't find him but we had a good time looking at the countryside :)

She had a severe headache, so after my circuit training class and swim , I went to see her and gave her a head n shoulder…

Today I was going to supermarket for grocery shopping with mama. Saw her friend KB going to the bus stop to catch a bus. Waved at her and asked her where she was heading to and realized she was going for grocery shopping as well. So took her with us to the supermarket and then dropped her back home to drop the shopping…

Had my another friend over for her shoulder, back and hand massage. It's gives me so much joy to see her enjoy her massages and to ease her shoulder pain.

Started my day with a promise to give my gift of accupressure/reflexology and massages to my friends/family/world and the first gift was to my favourite person - my friend Nins. She always appreciates anything I do for her and she loves my massages and accupressure. It makes me feel so good to see her happy and relaxed.
