Today's gift was to the sports and fit 4 me camp. The day after a holiday, very few kids. both camps had only a total of 18 children with 6 staff. Was 95 degrees out, and no one felt like going outside a moving.

Day 4- today was a peaceful and relaxing day. no work no worries!

Todays gift was to my family.. they all had gotten up to go fishing at 4:30am in the morning.

and at 8am wanted to have everyone go to breakfast. I had just settled into a movie i was anxious to see, and enjoying every bit of it.. I was really enjoying the quiet time by myself, which happens so rarely..

Day 3 - Today was a typical Saturday, go to work, help to work out any mishaps in the building, teach yoga, work on my equipment proposal for cardio new equipment for our fitness center, head out to do groceries, pick up movies for everyone, pick up some supplies for my group instructors and snacks for camp.

Today , my second Day of giving comes as a bitter sweet week. Friday is the busiest day for me, with classes and camp today.. I start teaching an hour of indoor cycling, followed by a yoga class and then another pilates/yoga class at noon.
