Why I'm choosing to give:: I want to be the change in the world that Ghandi explains is so powerful by changing myself. I'm always looking to expand my spiritualism and if I can do so by helping other I will do that.

What I'd most like to receive:: A deeper sense of my happiness at my core level. I'd like to see other people smile and be happy for the gestures that i do during this 29-day challenge.

About me:: I'm a single, mature woman who has a beautiful daughter and 3 wonderful grandkids. I work in the corporate environment as a Business development person for a big human resource firm. I love yoga, chanting with my BUddhist friends, seeing wonderful interesting movies, reading great books, laughing, exercising, traveling , dancing and expanding my world view.
