Today I invited my friends from church to go hiking with my friends from school. At first it was a really awkward situation because my friends from church are all college aged and nit very outgoing and my friends from high school are all active leaders. But as the hike went on it was very fun and i had a great time overall. We all are going hiking again tomorrow!

The idea of New Year's Resolutions in and of themselves is something very odd to me. I understand that people are committing to various tasks such as weight loss, financial stability, relationships, etc. However, why do most people wait until New Years to make these changes in their lives? To me, it makes no sense to waste half a year, 3 months, or even 10 days to make a change that could benefit your life or the lives of those around you.

i havent posted in a while. I apologize. I have been kind of keeping written work in my prayer journel, but i plan to post more often from now on.

Today, i gave a strange gift. I went out for a drive with my friend who came home from college and i gave advice that went against my personal feelings about him. that was my gift. it was hard, but it's what he needed. God bless (:

I am involved with A LOT of things. I have been keeping my Gift Log in an actual notebook lately because it is now part of my grade for my Link Crew class! Week of Giving

Last week was homecoming week and was VERYYY busy. Never been so tired in my life. On top of that, I am getting sick from being so worn out. Crazy!

It is homecoming week and things are CRAZY! won my tennis match today. then helped some lower latter players get better. Tomorrow we play our rivals! ughhh. Gift in Progress

Today I spent all of Link Crew writing a letter to Cami Walker. I want to start a program at my high school revolving around 29 Gifts. In order to do this, I need 112 copies of the book. Because of these economic struggles, we do not have the budget to provide this and we are looking for and would appreciate a donation or some kind of discount to buy the books.
