- I am rediscovering myself, my path and my world daily. Daily I am given opportunities to "chose" the direction I want to take and belief systems I want to hold true to my heart. I am tired of the violence and ugliness that is presented to us through tv, radio, music etc. from sun up to sun down and everywhere in between. My heart, my stomach, my body aches from the horror we surround ourselves with. If I believe, which I do, that we create our own reality, I chose my reality not to include those things.

I have been looking forward to this day all week. Everyone in my house was going to be gone for the weekend except for my husband and I! Can't remember the last time that happened.
