- I want to change my life. Toooo much sadness in my life. It is time to start focusing on other people and what i can do to help them. This seems like a great way to focus on what i can contribute to make someone else have a nice day through an act of kindness.

- I live in Canada am married and have two sons. I lost my job dues to a brain injury, /Life has been a struggle dealing with rehab. I am doing a lot better now.and continue to work on improving my life. It certainly could be a lot worse that is for sure.

I have ADEM which is a cousin in the MS familty...not the family I wanted to belong to. However we learn to deal with the cards we are dealt . I sort of gave up on myself and let mobility and lack of it get the best of me. My weight gain has become a real issue for me. I used to go to aerobics class, walk 5 miles a day and then I became a couch potato. I think you get the picture. Well last Tuesday a woman I barely know ...a young dietician...gave me a free pedometer.… Continue
