Hey Everyone!
My sisters and I "The Short Sistars" who uploaded an original very powerful and moving Youtube Video on Youtube last week called "Tsunami" which was written after the Boxing Day Tsunami in 2004 but is also in memory of last weeks Samoan Tsunami. Our video was used to channel funds to the Red Cross and Oxfam.

- Go outside and yell (as loud as your inhibitions will allow), “Life, I LOVE YOU!”
- Relax. Don’t hurry past the beauty. Joy is a gentle and living thing. Let it happen.
- Try to find something in your backyard that you’ve never seen before. (You’ll be surprised how many there are).
- Do something different: put your shirt on backwards, wear jandles with your suit, leave your watch at home, sit at a different chair at the br… Continue

Small Acts Of Kindness Truly Can Go Far!!!!!
Yesterday my sister and I were giving out smile cards (from www.helpothers.org) and chocolates to people who looked sad and like they weren’t having such a happy day. We saw this one elderly man standing by himself looking a bit lonely so we went over to him, gave him a smile card and some chocolates then told him we hope he has a lovely afternoon. He suddenly seemed so happy, seeing his face light up and a smile appear on his tired face just seemed to make my day. We had a bit of a chat to him… Continue
