- Why I'm choosing to give:
- I'm turning forty Friday March 13th 2009 and I feel very lucky to have a comfortable life now and want to give back to others. I found this site just when I needed some inspiration ... and Cami seems to be sending me the right messages through her blogs, just when I need them.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- The joy of giving without any strings attached. The introspection of being consciously aware of my giving spirit. Finally, learning that it is alright to give to myself!

Still at it ... just haven't been able to post lately. Round 12
Now I have harvested and am canning = giving fresh (frozen) vegetables and canned pickles and fruits/jams to my family all winter!
Gave a BUG give to my book and my editor is now finished and all necessary changes have been made so it is on to my publisher for release next year.
Now giving time to myself and Princess the mighty pup!

My Garden is growing!!! Nearing the end of round 5
The yellow and white corn are a little over an inch tall, the beans are even taller and have little tiny green leaves, the peas are beginning to sprout, the lettuce have little tiny leaves and shoots, the carrots have tiny little greeen shoots coming up, the pickling cucumbers and regular cucmbers have sprouted (but nothing seen from the lemon cucumbers yet).

Lost somewhere in round 5... Today's give is for my thumbs!
My hubby took me to a glass shop and we bought all the tools, etc. to do stained glass. So this weekend we are going to begin... I CAN"T WAIT!!!
I'll be sure to post my first attemp picture :)
Lately I have been giving to my book ... I typed so much yesterday that my thumbs were really sore. That's one joint that has been overworked in the forty years I've been on earth! It's just lovely having parents and grandparents… Continue

February was a strange month - Welcome March!
I was sick for the middle weeks of February - ended up on antibiotics for two weeks, so I had to give to ME and spend time in bed!
Now my kiddos are sick, my son has Strep throat and my daughter has a cough/cold... So my gives are all about them! And a little bit to me because I am trying to give LOVE and support without getting any germs back!
