Women undergoing Chemo - FREE housecleaning...

I added this as a post too because I was not sure if everyone understood that this is a free service to all women in the US undergoing chemo -- thanks!

Love the fact that you left $5.00 in the pockets of the coats... I just love it when I put on a coat I have not worn for months and find a windfall!!!!

What no foot in mouth? Lampshade on head? Seriously, I find the parties I dread the most often are the best. Buried under 10 inches of snow here New Jersey. See my pics from 12 hours ago and the snow has not let up since. My husband is snow blowing…

Day - 1 Here I go

Day 1 -- I'll be out there looking for opportunities!

This morning I started off by finding my husband matching socks. I know - it does not sound like much but If you could see our sock drawer you would reconsider. Anyway -- I felt that this was not enough so I made lunch for my sons teacher and his interpreter - I am very grateful for their help.

What's strange is that it came back to me. I recieved a note that my son got 100% on his science test! Also my brother-in-law brought some delicious cannoli and a mug from Carlos Bakery --- you know The Cake Boss.

Go Phillies!!!

Helped little old lady across the street... Then down two blocks..Then around the corner to pay her phone bill and learned that if I slow down I might meet some wonderful people

Anyone who knows me knows that I walk FAST. Not just brisk fast but more of a ... "where's the fire fast," or "Mom you are embarrassing me fast." I just love the feeling I get when walking fast. Plus, I make it from my train to my desk in 7 minutes. The truth is - it's really, really hard for me to walk slowly. When I am walking slowly, I have to remind myself to be patient and sort of meditate.

So this morning when my train reached its stop, I headed trough the gates, ran up the stairs 2 at a… Continue

2 dozen doughnuts and 2 boxes of hot chocolate for 15 soccer players finishing the fall season in Dec!

My son's soccer team had one make up game to play and the last day they could play it was yesterday. A cold, wet, wet, wet and dreary day in New Jersey. To make matters worse, they were playing against the number 1 team, where all the players are at least 5'9" tall and there are two that are over 6 foot. (Called the twin towers.) So we anticipated a crushing defeat.

After my husand left, to drop off my son for pre-practice. I jumped into my car drove to Dunkin Doughnuts and ordered 2 dozen doug… Continue

Bought book from new friend for old friend and told a very cool young person her inspiration was calling

1. Bought book from new friend for old friend...
An old friend of mine has RA and a new friend has written a book about it. I can't wait to get the book and give the book! Of course I will have to peek through it first.

2. Told a very cool young person her inspiration was calling...
I have been actively reading my self help book about inspiration by Dr. Wayne Dyer. And during my morning commute I just read a chapter describing the ways that your spirit communicates with you and you may or may n… Continue
