It is with heavy heart to update that our friend passed away days away from his 34th birthday, leaving our friend widowed at the age of 29 and her son who is only 4.

Day 10: A friend needed a car seat for her mother's car, as her mother babysit's for her all the time.  I drove 30min away and picked one up for her from someone who was getting rid of theirs.  I got a recieve, in the same travels a friend told me to stop in as I was going to be close by and gave me hockey pads for my son.

Yesterday, I had fully intended to treat my pregnant girlfriend to a pedicure.  And when I went to grab my coat she paid for me.  The intent was there, but I got a receive instead.  I did however manage to make a meal for her an her hubby.

I am having company over tomorrow and decided to make individual chocolate skor trifles.  I had a lot of left over and was able to make another small trifle in a bowl.  While on the computer I looked on to my facebook and one of my girlfriends was having a rough day. 

So, when my husband went to pick up my sons from school, I sent him to drop off the trifle.  She just called and was totally thrilled.  Made my day :)
