- Why I'm choosing to give:
- At 39-years of age, I had a full-on massive stroke ~comatose state~ for 1-month. For the first hour in the hospital, I was basically ~lack of a better word~ dead. I had a aneurysm up in my brain. After spending 4-months in a hospital, I went home and on my bed, I cried. I couldn't talk, I couldn't read or write, I couldn't walk, I couldn't drive, basically...nothing. I was very, very torn. That was 11-year-ago, and I say "Never, never, never give up!"
