Hi there from France. After two days of travelling i arrivéd this afternoon in south France. So good to be here again. Had à very good trip and feel so proud that i drove 1200 km by myself! Last year i was here with my ex husband and we had à drama vacation. So it was really important to me to come here again to create new good and sweet memories. And i am sure i will do so! I am all packed and ready to leave for France! So excited!And another good and blessin day. At the supermarket i helped an old lady with her groceries, had à small talk with the lady at the bookstore. Also one of my team members called me because something at work bothered her and she wanted me to know that. Yesterday i told you about THE bike accident my collegaes wife had. This mening as i walked down the stairs my eye noticed 3 silk flowers i have put in à vase. I spontaniously decided to give those to my collegae for his wife. So i put à nice ribbon around it and bought à get well soon card.Then i had à meeting with my manager. I have spend the day with my good friend Marian and her adorabel sun Michel. Hè is so cute, keeps talking and is à really smart kid too. And hè laughs all the time. That gives you such à good feeling. You could say that attention again today was my kee giving word. After this visit i went to my dads to spen the rest of the day with him. Today i had planned à girls afternoon out. As i was wallking to the restaurant to meet them for lunch, i passed à florist and saw these beautiful red roses. Spontaniously i decided to buy one for my dear friends. They really needed à positive vibe in their lives. We had à great afternoon, good talks, lots of laughing and just enjoying eachother. Recently i gave à t-shirt and 2 pair of pants to à friend for her 11 year old daughter Lotte. Clothes i had worn when i was to skinny for size zero (32). I was very glad they were finally to small for me. She wanted to pay me for it so we decided she would pay me € 25,- for it. Today i decided i did not want her to pay, so i spend her a shots app that i wanted the clothes to be à gift.Love,JolandaSee More

Today à completely different gift. I received à little present from one of our suppliers: à new ball to play with in water. I decided to give it to one of my coworkers because i thought hè would appreciate this gift more. Hè enjoys all water sports. And i was right hè was really happy with à gift i probably would have never used.And today i received lots of laughing moments with my team. I had à really good day. - Since january i changed my life. I started to learn to love myself. I learned to appreciate who i am and that i am worth it. Within 6 months i gaines 10 kilo's which is good because my weight was only 46 kilo's. I want to give because i found THE strength and power to choose for myself and now it is time to give some back.

- I am 38 years old. Work for an insurance company as à marketing manager. Got divorced in 2011, no kids. Love fitness, my personal goal is the Miss bikini contest in 2013. I enjoy life with my friends by goiing out for lunch, drinks and à good talk. Favorite vacation is spending time in south of France.

Today i two friends at work gave me à wonderfull surprise. I got à gift from them to thank me for the clothes. So sweet. And THE daughters of my friend Danielle made personal gifts for me with à very sweet letter. I got really emotional.

Today i spend most of my time talking to collegaes whom needed à moment to talk about their frustrations. I listenend to them and gave them advice about how to get back on track and how to handle cretin situations. It felt good being able to just be ther for them.
I got à huge thank you from my collegae wife for THE silk flowers i gave her yesterday. Hope you all had à good day too.
