I wrote a check to the Victory Mission. They reach out to needy families. They will serve thousands of meals this Thanksgiving. They also do a lot for the homeless here the year around.

It was so cold today. On the way home from my studio I thought about going in the thrift store and putting some money in the pocket of one of the heavy coats. So that is what I did. It makes me happy to think about it.
And have a happy day tomorrow too!
I had to start over, but that is OK. I Gifted today. I left a cute little canvas and the card for my art friend. She is a gift. I hope she wants to carry it on. Day One Joy

Gift Two
It was so cold today. On the way home from my studio I thought about going in the thrift store and putting some money in the pocket of one of the heavy coats. So that is what I did. It makes me happy to think about it.

First day Gift
I just did my First Gift. I was going to give a friend a Gift of the recording of todays talk at church, but befor I could give it to her, a dear friend ask if I could fallow him home, because his car was acting up. So he was my first Gift. His car died on the way home and I took him home. I was so glad I could help him. I really felt good about doing it.

In November, we're sponsoring a cause that has been started by fellow giver, Lubabat. We are so deeply touched and impressed by Lubabat's strength of character & spirit. Lubabat was diagnosed with MS in the mid 90s and then in August of 09, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Her reaction has been so inspirational - she is thriving through giving. She is hosting a Christmas Give and her theme is "going small to make a big impact" We have named her our November Cause of the Month and would be grateful for your support!
