Why I'm choosing to give:: Selfishly, I need to find a better balance in my life, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and this structured way of creating more positive energy seems like one good way to work towards that. On the unselfish side, it's the right thing to do, and our world desperately needs a movement like this.

What I'd most like to receive:: The gift of having the habit of giving become a natural part of my daily life.
