So, my 29 days is up, but I have been forever changed. My new goal is to get others involved in giving. On the drive home from Louisville to Chicago with my boyfriend, the weather got really bad. 45+mph winds, temperatures in the single digits, white-out blizzard conditions... there were vehicles in the ditch everywhere.

Today, my friend's Debi & Chuck helped to coordinate "Croy's Cause: NUCDF Sip, Shop and Save Party". 15 vendors were at Mcguire's Art Gallery in Buford, GA and 30% of all proceeds goes back to the NUCDF.

I will start with I am NOT a shopper. I actually can't stand it most days...so last night I had to go to Kohl's with my bff to do some jeans shopping. I get very frustrated being as I am 'between sizes'. So anyhow, I found 4 pairs of jeans, a sweater and a cute pair of boots. When I got to check out, my damage was only about $180... Today I took out my parents and a close childhood friend (& family) to dinner at Chevy's; my favorite Mexican restaurant. We are pretty much regulars here now, LOL. We had a great time, and the food & service were both fabulous - as usual.
