- Because I read the books, 29 Gifts (which was gifted to me) and wanted to be a part of the movement!

- • A CAR! I'm scheduled to go on tour this summer and the car I have just became a non-viable option!

- About me:
- I am a native New Yorker of Caribbean descent. I love that my birthday is on Halloween! What I’ve learned about myself over the years is that I am jazzed & curious about life, the human body & how things work together. I have a deep passion for inspiring people to remember & celebrate their greatness!! I do this through my “work” (which feels more like play) as a lifestyle & laughter coach, playshop facilitator, comedienne & teacher at the community college. I received my undergraduate degree in “the business of food” from Johnson & Wales University then studied Arabic at the Defense Language Institute. Fast fwd ---> I am a veteran who now makes a living laughing with others. I am currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Next: Graduate studies in laughter as a healing & transformative art & one day...vegan chef school! Thank you for being a part of my life’s fun mosaic!
