- About me:
- I wear many hats.....a mother, grandmother, scientist, writer, dog lover, spiritual seeker. I have overcome my own serious challenges with having had an anxiety disorder so severe I couldn't leave my home area for more than 20 years. Only when I started working inside out did I overcome this problem. I found my own spiritual quest led me out of the darkness of fear and into the light of my life. I am now writing to help others overcome similar issues using a focus of mind, body and spirit. I am blessed to do so and with the interest in my work.
