I think its great to want to change your life, it will only enhance your sense of well being..I am going to keep a journal of things I don't always do, to help someone else...yesterday, when I did, I smiled, and I felt it in my heart, what my
understanding did for someone elses emotions..keep trying it, I'am not give up..

Deb sent me a gift, which was so nice to see...I am only on day 2, and can't think of anything I did unusual for

someone else today, being a nurse, I get payed for my kindness...that is so natual now for me, but no satisfaction..I'am trying to think of what I could still do tonite, to really feel good about myself, for doing something for someone else..



I am stumped..I do nice stuff all the time, like help a shorter person in grocery store, get something they can't reach..or… Continue
