Why I'm choosing to give:
I am purging my house anyways in order to move across the country to Vermont on November 15th. In the days leading up to my departure it will be easy to give away my stuff. The challenge will be giving everyday to those that I meet on the road. I will finish the challenge on Thanksgiving, possibly starting a new tradition for EVERY October 30th.
What I'd most like to receive:
I have always subscribed to the "pay it forward" lifestyle and am grateful for the good karma I receive.
How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?
My sister Mary Daniel Hobson said she and Britt Bravo are starting on October 30th and I want to Dedicate my giveFEST to my neice Anna Isabel Rauh.
About me:
I photograph street art and post it online in an attempt to give the art to it's maker and to those that can't get out to see it.

I am a volunteer every year for SF Recreation and Parks doing gardening. I volunteer for the AIDS Lifecycle Ride every year. For the last 20 or so years I helped at the Haight Street Fair & they finally hired me last year! I always help out at the Muir Beach Volunteer Fire Dept Picnic.

I buy lots of raffle tickets for good causes. And I am a winner!

DAY 23, 24, 25 The PURGE nearly complete! We leave for Vermont today!!!!

WOW we have been so busy getting everything done, AND still have not left San Francisco!!! So I am behind on my postings and I think I have messed up and skipped a day somewhere. We gave our neighbors Dan and Jessica prepackaged emergency food and water for their emergency preparedness kit.

We gave a bunch of concrete pavers (enough for at least 10 stairs), very many 2x4 and 2x3 and 4x4 wood for building, a motorcycle stand and a HUGE framed canvas to Helli. He will be creative and make something special with that.

Day 20 ~ Anything they asked for I gave

My 2 sisters came over tonight to help me with the final push to get out'a here. Anything they saw they wanted I said yes. Shoes, clothes, bags little stuff I don't know what. So~ we will leave leave Saturday AM for the drive from SF to VT. I am so nervous I barfed, twice today. Sorry, too much information, huh. Wow, I can't believe I am leaving home. Well, gotta get back to it. Thank you all.
