- Why I'm choosing to give:
- Hmmmm, well, I'm quite stuck in several ruts and very frustrated. I was SOOO INSPIRED by the book. I know I am too wrapped up in myself and "scarcity-minded," which REALLY has got to stop. I want to have that open hand, open heart thing going on....being willing to let go of what I should and making room for things I really DO want.
- What I'd most like to receive:
- Happiness, self-esteem, connectedness, the blessedness of blessing others, life purpose, to get rid of my lame job and get in touch with who I really am, what I have to offer, what I should do next.

Thursday, I was afraid I hadn't given anything at all and might have to do the dreaded START OVER. I got home at 11 pm from work, and my husband had stayed up "past his bedtime" to see me. Normally, everyone is asleep, and I get a snack and then kill time on the computer till I go to bed. No computer for me...I gave my husband my time.
Received...time with husband, lots of groceries from Costco, a pretty nice day, a great mood, relief that 2 of my kids are being taken care of by…

Today, I took back a ring I bought for 9.00 that was too big and gave the money to my daughter. She flew out tonight to visit cousins on the other side of the country. It was the last of my cash resources till Friday payday, but I wanted her to be NOT DESTITUTE on the plane.
I also gave a check for 60.00 spending money for my sister to cash for her.
And some Mocha Roca for the sister, husband, and kids.

Tuesday was day 13. I did several things for my daughters and received several things from those gives. One daughter, I took to our old neighborhood 20 min away to see her friends. You know how quickly bored kids get when school ends. One thing unexpected I received from that was the DELIGHT she and her friends had at seeing each other. There was squealing and hugs all around. Really made me smile!
My other daughter will be flying to see her cousins in NH tonight for 2…
