About me:
I am currently a student in many areas of life who lives in SF, CA. Specifically I am obtaining my Masters in Organizational Psychology and working towards my certification in coaching. I absolutely LOVE groups, I find them facinating. I love the potential for community, connection, new self understaning and the intelligence that a group can hold!. Oh yeah I also love the impact that one small group can make on the world! (Thanks Cami for creating this!!!)

I am on day 11 and enjoying thinking about what to give next. Although there is a gremlin in my thinking that is saying your not giving "big" enough your not making a"big" impact. Luckily I know that voice is not vauluable and it is even more valuable to say it outloud as a way to difuse it. I have been enjoying sending out a card everyday to friends I have been out of touch with saying "thinking of you" and hoping you are well. I also sent a card to my 6 yr old nephew in the picture. He loves getting mail. I am excited to talk to him once he recieves it. Today I donated money to my friend John who is doing the AIDS bike ride back east.

I am still giving and am love keeping this on my mind each day. Day 3 I helped a friend move some boxes and gave money to a homeless man. Day 4, I sent a card to a dear friend who I have not seen in a couple years letting her know I am thinking about her and loving her. Today I gave money to a non-profit called First Descents,an outdoor adventure camp for young adult cancer survivors. You can check out their website here www.firstdescents.org

I started the challenge back in April but did not complete. I am recommitting myself as of yesterday. Yesterday I bought a friend dinner who is having some financial challenges. Today I donated money to the Obama Campaign.
