Today I was forced out of the house by my husband; lovingly, of course. We had an amazing experience at church this morning, and it seems that when I am truy committed to my relationship with God, the negativity of the enemy attacks me. When we came home, I was feeling down on myself about not having any close friends. Instead of letting myself stew in the negativity, my husband encouraged me to have some Me-Time.

Despite my absent blog posts from yesterday and today, my giving has still been going on...
Yesterday, Saturday, August 18th, my husband, Baby Bear, and I ran some errands. He is preparing for a new military endeavor, so we went and picked up a lot of the necessary gear that he will be using in the next couple of weeks. We also went to Best Buy, because my Kindle had kicked the bucket. Thankfully, my stepdad bought the warranty, so I was able to receive a brand new Kindle…

I started off the morning affirmation-less. It didn't feel genuine; it felt as though I was just searching for an adverb. I decided I was going to stick with the challenge, I just didn't know how to bless my giving for the day. Regardless, my gift today was purposeful.
Hubby was invited to hit golf balls with a couple of his battle buddies, so Baby Bear and I had a mama and baby date to Target to stock up on his food. As we browsed the aisles, I made it my gift to pick up any items…
