Catching my breath...
I was doing pretty good with blogging my daily gives until I got wrapped up in taking care of my 4 mo old grandson for 4 weeks. Oh Joy! What a wonderful experience it was. He has been back at home with his parents for a week now, and I sure miss the little guy. Taking on the responsibility of caring for him was a big give to my daughter. Days 15, 16 & 17 Family and Memories
My gifts for the past three days have a theme of family and memories.
Day 15 - I ordered an external hard-drive for my daughter so she can drag-n-drop backup files from her eMac. Mostly her computer is loaded with family photos. Many photos are of my fifteen week old grandson. I would hate for her to lose any of those precious photos if a hard crash happened. She tries to periodically burn backup copies on CDs. but she has been so busy that she doesn't always have the time.

Day 14 - Family
I'm still reporting in a day after --- Yesterday I drove to my daughter's home to pick up my 15 week old grandson. He is going to be spending the next few weeks with me. I will be here at my daughter's home for the next a couple of days to spend time with her and also to get accustomed to the baby's routine before I pack him up and take him home with me. Day 13 - Politics and Contributions
Yesterday my husband and I talked about making a political contribution. Lucky for us we think alike politically. So our discussion was really about how much to contribute. Primarily he wanted the t-shirt but we sent more than the minimum contribution to get that. Remember last week when he gave away some of his clothes and I was hoping he would get rid of more?
