- About me:
- I'm a new business owner that creates jewelry pieces. I have been struggling to find me again after a diagnosis of Heart Disease and two surgeries. I am a forward thinking person and work hard at self empowerment daily. I still work a regular office job on top of all of that, actually the hours are extremely long..sometimes 14-16 hour days.
Life has been good to me and then it has not been good to me but I always do my best to make something positive happen.

Days 8 -13...catch up!

It's been one heck of a week, my work hours almost did me in but I did manage to still keep up with my 29 gift challenge...so here they are
Day 8 - I cleaned out my closet and gave three bags of clothes to goodwill.
Day 9 - I gave a friend some money to help her get food for her and her child

For those that don't know, I make hand made jewelry. It started out as a hobby, giving them as gifts to friends. Well it's grown quite a bit and I've been doing this now as a part time business.
Today, my gift was to give away one of my pieces, a bracelet. The person that received it was so excited! Gosh I love making people smile!
In return, I sold two more bracelets today, I think that's good Karma!…

Saturday was my 6th day for my challenge....My next door neighbor was trying to take out her garbage. She could barely lift the bag. I will admit it was a pretty big bag too! I was taking out my bag to the trash and took the bag and took it to the trash with me...This is the same neighbor that was diagnosed with MS that I took to the doctor last week....

Day 5....This day was a strange day all put together but out of it I was able to give someone the gift of mowing their lawn. There is an elderly widow that lives several houses down from me and I was taking a walk to clear my head. There she was outside staring at her lawnmower. I asked if I could help her with something. She said if I could, she couldn't figure out how to start the "dang" thing as she put it lol...I showed her the mechanics of the lawnmower and then started it for her. She…
