Why I'm choosing to give:
Because it feels so right! I already give things away all the time, but I love the idea of joining up with 2,000 and doing it together. There are so many reasons to give, and none not to.
What I'd most like to receive:
A feeling of connection with the Divine and of the flow of Universal Abundance that will surely come as a result of this joining together in giving.

Day 22 (Round 2)

Tonight, on my way home from work, I was in the train station trying to refill my metro card at one of the 2 machines. Turns out both were temporarily out of service. So I went over to the booth to have the attendant do it. As I got on line I noticed that I had inadvertantly cut in front of this young man, so I turned around to apologize and have him go on up ahead of me. He was so cool! Days 13 through 21 (Round 2)

I just can't seem to keep from falling behind on my posts here. I came over last night intending to do so, but, after getting caught up looking for fun sparkly animated holiday graphics to send to those of you who'd sent me some, I got sidetracked by a trojan. Days 10, 11 & 12 (Round 2)

Weekend was days 10 & 11. Spent most of it at home except for a short get-together with a friend of mine for some coffee and chatting. I spent the rest of the time catching up on things around the house, laundry and stuff of that nature. My blog giveaway ended on Saturday night. I drew the winner and announced it on Sunday morning.

Days 7, 8 & 9 (Round 2)

Last night, on the way home from work, I fell off my bike while trying to avoid getting hit by an oncoming car. I wasn't hurt at all, and my bike was fine. But, because I'm so extra careful when I'm riding my bike; trying to keep an eye in all directions: for traffic, for opening car doors, for people crossing in between cars, for kids playing in the street, etc, (and I haven't fallen off a bike since I was about 14 years old) it got me feeling a little worried. Day 6 (Round 2)

Just another day of small gives along the way. I helped a woman with her child lift her stroller over the turnstile in the subway. I moved over to let someone squeeze into the seat next to me on the crowded subway. I had a good conversation, while getting my coffee this morning, with a man who ordered a coffee and asked for 5 sugars. I told him to have a little coffee with his sugar.
