Why I'm choosing to give:
Because I feel we are meant to give and help one another and most times we rarely do this.

I feel it is the best way to take your eyes of yourself and instead focus on loving and helping others.
What I'd most like to receive:
Everything I need to walk in my purpose in life and in order to help others.
How did you hear about the 29-Day Giving Challenge?

RD 1 - Day 7 of giving

Well I kind of stop giving, I seem to have gotten to busy, that is just not right.. I really want to continue so I wasn't sure if I should as Day 7 where I stopped or to just start over. I thought it be better to continue instead of start over so I'll be updating this blog later, just wanted to drop in for a minute.

RD 1 - Day 6 and 7 of giving

Well I'm late.. urgh. Well for day 6 I gave a friend some undivided attention.

Since starting the 29 days of giving I find myself trying to find ways to help others, which is a nice change, I probably mentioned this before but I'm excited about this..

Day 7 update coming soon. Sorry for the short post.. maybe I need to be a little more giving to my blog post.. lol

RD 1 - Day 5 of giving

Well I'm a bit late posting my day 5. On day 5 I felt compelled to gift someone with a book and it was truly inspired from my heart. This person just came to mind and the thought of giving a book came and it felt really good to give that to this person.

Doing this challenge has made me realize how limited you can be when you are only giving from your house, meaning there are so many people to give to outside of the house and I've been cooped up in the house for days, the book I gave was an e-bo… Continue

RD 1 - Day 4 of giving

Well I'm late writing. I didn't think I would get my Day 4 of giving done but I think I did. My husband asked me to go out to eat with him which is something I've been trying to stay away from but for him I did and he was so happy for it.

Well another short post, I had a long work day. Hope everyone is doing well.

RD 1 - Day 3 of giving

Hello all,

Today I wrote a poem and gave it to my husband and I got him something for dinner that he hasn't had in a while. He love it, I hope that was considered a gift. I really felt compelled to do that for him.

Overall today was a good day I've been working all day but.

Well I guess I'm keeping it super short today. I hope you all have a great night and fun time giving to others.

Hi Erin I am sorry to hear that. And Yes what if you were to start with letting go the judgement about yourself! Thanks for your vulnerability in sharing this Mbali

Mbali, this is such a pertinent post for me right now. I'm struggling with forgiveness and resentments I hold against someone right now. I know, rationally, that it is hurting me far more than it will ever hurt her... I can't let go yet. I'm working…
