Yesterday, I wanted a cupcake from this gourmet shop in the Ferry Building in San Francisco. But I am trying to cut out sweets, so I bought two: With the intent of giving them away.I asked a mom and her young son if they'd like one of the cupcakes, each wrapped in its own box, and she said no. Today I gave $20 to a person in Bay Point, CA who is disabled and needs help with money to pay her movers. I gave through Modest Needs Foundation, the non-profit for which I work.
