Sunday Morning Not The TV Show

Today I shared with my daughter that I hadn't posted in my blog sinceWednesday. She said that everyday wasn't a requirement, but that it s a great tracking system. Truth be told she gives\offers something to me everyday. At my age this is usually a challenge in itself or a "come to Jesus" sort of thing. Oh well, t is a gift from a generous spirit. So----let's see if I can back step.

Today I decided was a good starting point. While I'm not a practicing Catholic, I still reflect on this time as a period for reflection and inner peace through conscious efforts. So----the day started with the opportunity to help my youngest son (40 years old) with sitting at his house with his son Ian while he took his youngest to the doctor.
