The start of cycly 2--woohoo!!!
Yesterday-December 1st I started my 2nd round. I'm particularly excited about the cycle because of its timing...the Holiday Season.
Yesterday, I gave of my ears once again to a dear friend. After having a somewhat let down in Thanksgiving I encouraged her to focus on Christmas and all the joy that is in her life.
Today, with love and support I am helping my husband learn how to cook. He is actually very good around the kitchen.
Peace and 'happyness' to all.

Oh my gosh-I just realized that this is day 29 of my first Cycle!!!
I guess I best get started telling all of you wonderful givers what I have been up to since my last blog.
In no paticular order days 24,25,26,27,28 and today 29!!! Go me...Go me!!!
24-called to check on an acquiantance to see that see was doing ok with life. She was so touched that I took the time to call and make sure she was 'hangin' in there'. She was so surprised that I would be thinking about her.
25-if my memory is serving me correctly (????) oh yeah-helped my friend who is in the 'extreme… Continue

days 22 and 23 and counting...
Day 22-the gives just fell into my lap. I made a quick stop by the bookstore on my way to meet a friend for lunch. When I was checking out the employee-who always has a smile in her heart-asked if I would like to donate a book for children to receive for Christmas. As it turns out the two books I grabbed (Dr. Suess) were buy 2 get the 3rd free. So, I actually donated 3 books instead of 1 which then turned into me receiving a discount on my purchase because I had met the 'special' amount to claim… Continue

Days 20 and 21
Yesterday was day 20 and I truly can't believe how fast this challenge goes flying by. Yesterday was a rather slow day aroung the house but I can say that I was still able to give. For me it was a huge give because I decided to bite my tongue in dealing with a situation with my ex-husband. A situation that was right out of the textbook of our marriage and one of the many reasons we are no longer married.
