I was just thinking tonight that there are so many people hwo need help, and I always feel better when I am helpful. I have always felt that I am very lucky to have a good life, and many others who just can't get a break.

I am a mom to 2 1/2 year old twins. My husband and I adopted them in March, 2009, although they have been ours since birth. I am a nurse, working part-time at a local hospital.
