Norman and I went to Lusitoland (Portruguese festival in Johannesburg) This is an annual festival that raiises money for charity. It was so muddy from the rain the night before but that did not deter the people who were out in big numbers. I enjoyed some prawns while Norman had peri peri chicken washed down with Caiparinhas - delicious. I got some cinammon coated nuts for my daughter.

Had breakfast with 2 old and dear friends and took them each a shopping bag that I made.Had a 3 hour breakfast catching up - what fun.
Caught up with my son who has arrived in Canada and was about to go skiing - he was not expecting it to be so cold so will have to buy some warmer clothes!!! - he is a shorts and slops guy.

Sunday - woke early and went to the beach to watch the sunrise and give thanks for my life. I had a bunch of marshmallow easter eggs which I gave to folk who were arriving at work at the 2 hotels.On the beach a Dad arrived with his 3 daughters and a dog. They were having fun in the rock pools so I hid 3 eggs among their towels.
