- as i have not been able to work through illness and have had a couple of difficult years and am detemined to heal depression without medication ,therefore i thought if i help others it will give a good feeling to my days , as well as helping someone else .

- hi everyone ,im so sorry for not replying sooner to all your kind posts and would like to thank you all for your kindness .I'm having a struggle with health problems ,backpain getting worse , b p sky high ,on antibiotics for chest infection and really struggling with depression which i hate myself for as i feel i should be able to shake it off but considering going on medication which g p offered months ago .Prefer complementary therapies but struggling to even get up and dressed some days , hope to be back to helping other folks soon ,you are all stars and im sending a big hug to you all ,lots of love pamxxxxx
