A give of yummy breakfast
Today my friend who is going through cancer treatment at work needed a muffin and coffee and when I heard that she said are you going that way to get it (I wasn't but what a great opportunity for a great give) so I said yes and she was very grateful. I was happy that she was able to store up some very precious energy that she needs and will enjoy breakfast. I was given a great give this morning. My coach for work sent me a great Tony Robbins You tube link ( I am a HUGE fan) and it was all about rituals and how it can make you succeed. It gave me great motivation! Lucky Blessed me!
