29-Day Giving Challenge

I had lots of different thoughts about myself and my life since some great books that i have been reading these 2 months. 29 Gifts: How a Month of Giving Can Change Your Life>> is one of those great ones. I decided to join this Challenge when I was reading the first chapter, it's not only becourse the inspiration that I was given, but also I want to urge myself to keep doing the things that I always do like sharing my happiness, my positive thoughts, giving away the gifts....

Today is the first day of my "29-Day Giving Challenge". I sent out two gifts.

There was a girl came by my work place and told that she was from the HEART FOUNDATION OF SYDNEY, and wanted to know if any of us would like to donate for the Foundation, my boss and I gave all our coins (didnt count it..) to her. Maybe it was not much money, but I'm happy that I made the first move.

Since two of my ex-male-housemates moved out, my new housemate Chris has been taking care of the garbage for us (move the bin to the front house every Thur. night) Christine, Chris' partner, she is a very nice girl. She is always sharing her nice food with me. I feel really appreciate to have them as my housemates, and I have been thinking to do something for them. Everytime when I was eating desserts, I feel that I was the happiest girl in the world, so that I went to the cake shop 85C bought my favourie cakes after work. I hope that they can feel my gratitude when eating these cakes. When I got home, they've already gone to sleep, I left the cakes in the fridge with a gratful note. This is the second gift that I sent out today!

At last, I would like to write down my gratutudes today:

1. I had a very nice coffee this morning!

2. I received email told that my 29 Days Giving Challenge was approved, and I also received lots of warm messages from the community! Thank you guys!

3. I received a chocolate biscuit from my colleague! you know, how much that I love CHOCOLATE! Lol..

I'm so happy to be one of the memebers in this community!

Good night!

x.x. Chloe
